Led a multidisciplinary team developing the minimum viable product for the Office of the Secretary of Defense Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL) Initiative in support of the US Army Civil Affairs Branch.

Six years of entrepreneurial experience; established and ran my own management consulting business. Developed and implemented innovative approaches to organizational problems. Provided strategic planning and process consulting support to a broad range of organizations including arts, human services, economic development, and educational institutions. During subsequent engagements, boards reported accomplishing many of the strategic goals established through my previous facilitation efforts.

12 years of service as a naval officer. Supervised diverse teams of naval and joint military personnel accomplishing missile warning, administrative, and space related missions.

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE

​

Technical Project Manager working multidisciplinary projects.  Previously supported Army Space and Missile Defense Command, USSPACECOM and the Missile Defense Agency, assisting with the integration of joint theater missile warning sensors, communications, and display systems. Developed task definitions and technical details and monitored execution to conceptualize, establish and maintain a joint early warning systems integration and test laboratory. Key team-member in the creation and execution of a long-standing system-of- systems change control processes.
